Any indicator, across the eight classification schemes
The WPP workbook carries these groups as aggregate rows with no country membership. Membership here is reconstructed from UNSD M49, the World Bank income classification and the UN-OHRLLS lists, then re-aggregated from country data — so every line is computed, not copied: counts are summed across member countries, and rates are population-weighted means of the country values.
