IFFS Lens Refund and Cancellation Policy

This is a short summary. The rest of this policy explains each point in full.

• IFFS Lens takes no payment. IFFS Lens comes with IFFS membership. You join IFFS and pay for your membership on the IFFS Hub, not in IFFS Lens.
• Membership payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by IFFS on the IFFS Hub, under the IFFS Hub's membership terms.
• Premium is part of IFFS Hub All Access Membership. There is nothing to buy for Premium on its own.
• If IFFS Lens does not recognise your membership, or shows the wrong level, write to us and we will look into it.

This policy is published by the International Federation of Fertility Societies (IFFS, we, us). IFFS runs IFFS Lens at www.iffslens.com. IFFS sells IFFS memberships on the IFFS Hub and is responsible for refunds of them. Our contact details are under 'Contact us' below.

IFFS Lens takes no payment. IFFS Lens is a service for members of IFFS. It has two levels: Standard comes with every active IFFS membership, and Premium comes with IFFS Hub All Access Membership. You join IFFS, pay for your membership and renew it on the IFFS Hub, which uses Wild Apricot, a membership system, and a payment processor. IFFS Lens reads your membership level and status from the IFFS Hub, and sells nothing itself.

The public parts of IFFS Lens are free, and so is signing in with an active membership. There is nothing to refund for either. Our Terms of Use explain how to have your IFFS Lens data deleted. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

Deleting your IFFS Lens data does not cancel your IFFS membership or stop it from renewing. Cancelling your membership does not delete your IFFS Lens data: our Terms of Use explain what happens when a membership ends.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Use. Nothing in it takes away any right you have under the law of the country or state where you live.

Your IFFS membership is bought from IFFS on the IFFS Hub. Its price, how it renews, how to cancel it, and any refund of it, follow the membership terms shown on the IFFS Hub when you join or renew. The IFFS Hub memberships page lists the memberships and their prices.

To renew your membership or see your invoices, use your IFFS Hub profile. To cancel it, or to ask for a refund, email secretariat@iffsreproduction.org. If anything about a payment looks wrong, please contact us first: we can usually sort things out faster than a bank or card dispute. You keep your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card provider, and any other right you have under the law where you live.

IFFS Lens reads your membership from the IFFS Hub when you sign in, and at most once a day while you use it. Tell us at secretariat@iffsreproduction.org if any of these happen:

• you have an active IFFS membership, but IFFS Lens does not let you sign in;
• you have an active IFFS Hub All Access Membership, but IFFS Lens shows you as Standard;
• IFFS Lens shows a message that asks you to write to us.

Please say what you see. We will check your membership on the IFFS Hub and, if IFFS Lens has it wrong, put it right.

Premium is part of IFFS Hub All Access Membership. Today, Standard and Premium include the same features in IFFS Lens, as our pricing page says. If Premium in IFFS Lens is not as that page describes, tell us. Nothing in this policy affects your rights as a consumer for your membership as a whole.

We may update this policy for valid reasons, such as changes in the law or in how the IFFS Hub handles payments. Changes do not apply retroactively. The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.

Please include the email address linked to your IFFS Hub membership, so that we can find your membership.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled a cancellation, withdrawal or refund, tell us and we will review it. You can also contact a consumer authority or advice service where you live.
